Registration

To participate in the assembly you must register through the WCC assembly office.

Download the registration form:

Please complete this form, save it under your family name (e.g. SMITH.pdf) and return it to the Assembly Office by email at wccassembly@wcc-coe.org (preferred), fax or post as indicated on the form.

The assembly office will manage your registration, hotel booking and ground transportation. Participants are responsible for booking their own flights to Busan. The cost of attending the assembly is the responsibility of each participant, including travel, room, board and registration fees. Subsidies are only available to the official delegates representing WCC member churches.

If you are not a delegate of a WCC member church or a representative of an official ecumenical partner,  you may register as an “assembly participant”. Assembly participants are welcome at daily prayer; for Bible study; to attend plenaries, ecumenical conversations and workshops; to observe assembly business sessions; and join all the celebrations with the Korean host churches.
