For now more than 11 years, the Ecumenical Accompaniment Programme in Palestine and Israel (EAPPI) has brought over 1,400 internationals to the West Bank to experience life under occupation. Ecumenical Accompaniers (EAs) provide protective presence to vulnerable communities, monitor and report human rights abuses and support Palestinians and Israelis working together for peace. Juliette Muller (Switzerland), Sergio Gomes (Brazil) and Daniel Park (Korea) recently returned from Israel/Palestine and are at the assembly to share their experiences as Ecumenical Accompaniers and their perception of the situation after 3 months experiencing life under occupation.
