This workshop will be a presentation and discussion on the promotion and protection of the rights of Palestinians and their environment. The speakers will address the daily injustices of the occupation and the critical condition of the environment in the Holy Land. Water shortage, issues of solid-waste management and food sovereignty are all pressing concerns for Palestinians. Addressing how these concerns affect the human population economically, culturally, and psychologically, the workshop will inform participants about eco-justice and foster a discussion on the necessity of international solidarity on these issues.
